The Aspire Dental Assistant Academy Washington program is designed for motivated individuals who want to enter the dental field quickly and confidently. In just 12 weeks, you'll gain the clinical skills, patient care knowledge, and professional foundation needed to succeed as a dental assistant.

What You'll Learn
Our curriculum gives you the practical skills and knowledge you need to step into a dental office with confidence. From chairside assisting and infection control to essential clinical skills, you’ll gain hands-on experience that prepares you for the workplace.
Our 12-week hybrid program is designed to fit into your life. Each week, you’ll complete your online coursework from home, on your own schedule, with the flexibility to choose when you study during the week. Weekly coursework is paired with in-person clinical training in a real dental office setting, where you’ll practice and build the hands-on skills needed to succeed as a dental assistant.
Dental Anatomy & Terminology
Master the language of dentistry — tooth numbering, surfaces, and oral anatomy.
Chairside Assisting
Practice four-handed dentistry techniques alongside experienced instructors.
Infection Control & Sterilization
Learn OSHA-compliant sterilization protocols and infection prevention standards.
Dental Radiography
Hands-on training in digital X-ray techniques and radiation safety.
Patient Care & Communication
Develop the interpersonal skills to make patients feel comfortable and cared for.
Dental Materials & Instruments
Identify, prepare, and handle the instruments and materials used in everyday procedures.

New classes begin at the start of every month, except during school holidays. Class start dates are always a Sunday — that's when you'll receive access to your online coursework. Your first session is online only. Clinic training begins the following week.
Lakewood Sunday students: Your first clinic class will be the 2nd Sunday of the cohort.
